| Bruno’s Stuffed Olives start with a California-grown olive that is picked at the right time and the cured in salt brine. This old-fashioned process uses natural fermentation to cure the olives. For the sake of our customers and the environment, no lye is used in this process as is customary with many foreign-made olives. The cured olives are then pitted and hand-stuffed with pickled jalapeno slices, pickled garlic or pieces of bleu cheese (one jar of each in this sampler). Bruno’s Stuffed Olives are a perfect addition to an appetizer platter, condiment tray or salad. Bruno’s Stuffed Olives can also be used to make good martini even better. Product is packaged in three (3) glass jars of sixteen (16) ounces, net drained weight ten (10) ounces each. If stored in cool, dark, dry place, unopened jars of this product will keep up to one year. Products should be refrigerated after opening.
