Minimum Order:
The minimum order is $17 and is based on the value of products in the cart prior to adding shipping. It takes approximately five (5) or six (6) items to meet the minimum order.
Shipping/Handling Policy:
Orders placed with Bruno’s Marketplace are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS, see www.ups.com). Charges for shipping will be based on the weight of your order and current UPS rates to your zip code. There are no charges for handling, materials, etc. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) can be shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Final shipping charges may be adjusted when your order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Any charges (i.e. address corrections, return freight) incurred due to an invalid destination address will become the buyer's responsibility.

Bruno’s Marketplace is committed to keeping sensitive customer data both secure and private. Sensitive personal information entered through Bruno’s Marketplace will be kept confidential. When you order products through Bruno’s Marketplace you need to provide personal information, like your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, etc. This information is used to process and complete your on-line order. Credit card numbers are purged from the system shortly after your transaction is complete. A secure server is used to communicate this data from the customer to Bruno’s Marketplace. Data protection techniques ensure against unauthorized access of your order information. Bruno’s Marketplace and the manufacturers we represent do NOT disclose sensitive customer information to anyone for any reason.
Return Policy:
If possible, refuse damaged packages at time of delivery. If you discover products damaged during shipment OR you receive products different from those you ordered, contact Bruno’s Marketplace to arrange for return and replacement. Please hold all packaging. Shipping charges will not be incurred for replacement products. If you are unsatisfied with products received from Bruno’s Marketplace you may return the unused portion of your order for replacement. It must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
